Policy
Terms of sale
Adults only
Velvura sells to adults 18 years of age or older. By ordering you confirm you meet the age of majority where you live. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Orders and pricing
A contract is formed when payment is captured. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duty that may apply outside the regions we ship from. If a listing contains a clear pricing error we will contact you before dispatch and offer either the correct price or a full refund.
Delivery
We dispatch within two business days and most parcels arrive within two to five business days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and remote destinations take longer. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied.
Returns
Opened or used intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full. Full detail sits in the refund policy.
Use of the products
Products are sold for lawful, private, adult use. Clean them as described in the care guide before and after each use, and keep them away from silicone-based products unless the listing states the material is silicone. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or by cleaning agents the care guide tells you to avoid.
