What we collect
Only what an order requires: your email address, the shipping address you supply at checkout, and the items you bought. Payment card details never reach our servers — they are handled entirely by the payment provider.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or share customer data with anyone outside of fulfilling your order. We do not run advertising pixels that report browsing behaviour back to ad networks. We do not send marketing email unless you asked for it.
Discretion
The parcel carries no product name, no logo and no brand mark. The billing descriptor on your statement is neutral. Order confirmation and tracking email contain no imagery and no description of the contents.
Cookies
The site stores one thing in your browser: the contents of your bag, so it survives a reload, and a flag recording that you confirmed you are 18 or older. Neither is shared with anyone.
Your data
Ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, by emailing help@velvetformdolls.com. Order records are kept only as long as tax and accounting rules require.
