How discreet is the packaging, really?

Plain brown carton, standard shipping label, no product name and no logo anywhere on the outside. The billing descriptor on your card statement is neutral as well.

Is everything really in stock?

Yes. Every listing is stock we already hold, picked and dispatched within two business days — not a piece made to order after you pay.

What is the difference between TPE and silicone?

TPE is softer, warms to body temperature quickly, and costs less — but it stains more readily and needs occasional powdering. Silicone holds finer detail, resists stains, and lasts longer, but feels firmer.

Do I need to sign for delivery?

No. Adult delivery does not require a signature.

Can I return an opened item?

No, for hygiene reasons. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, it gets replaced.

How long does delivery take?

Two to five business days to most addresses in the regions we serve. Remote regions and territories take longer, and some oversized items ship freight.
